Fit and Finish – Every Purus Sauna has a finish that’s smooth as silk because we sand each and every one by hand. Custom trim abounds…from the cut of the feet to the detailed roof molding. All of our wiring is incased in steel conduit…like your home. This is the only safe way to manufacture and also shields you from harmful EMF emissions. You won’t find any veneer in a Purus Sauna either. Purus only uses solid wood framing and metal connectors, not glue. In fact, there is no toxic glue used…anywhere! Only an American made sauna assures you of this. Using oil based glue is faster and cheaper but endangers your health when heated by infrared light. We think a product designed for your health should be healthy… and toxin free! Foreign produced saunas seem to think cheaper is better.
